"Whale's Eye" Sculpture

Originating from a simple linear drawing, Whale’s Eye explores the spiritual and sensual experience of swimming in the ocean symbolising water passing through and over our skin as we become “one” with nature.
 
Designed as a set of two 1.8m stainless steel rod open-weave sculptures. The sheer ethereal forms in “Whales eye” are my interpretation of the Whale’s eye shedding tears for their species in their quest for life.
